What data we collect

When you request a proposal we collect your name, email address, company, number of guests, dates, purpose of stay and any message you send us.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a rental proposal and, if you go ahead, manage the rental contract. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and, once a contract is signed, compliance with our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Data related to a rental contract is kept for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is processed by our website hosting and email providers, acting on our behalf, and disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to nausihomes@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
